The battery is great. The building process and tools provided have room for improvement but its ok. The speeds are amazing and it gets the job done. Don’t need to charge the battery very often which is cool

I'm thrilled with my new bike, covering 22 miles since last week. It's aesthetically pleasing, and hitting 27 mph on pedal assist 5 is a rush, but I mostly opt for pedal assist 2 to blend exercise and taking my maltipoo in the front basket (he actually likes the rides, but not the horn - ha ha) and doing a couples ride with my sweetheart who owns another brand of an E-bike that maxes out at 15 mph. I’m only docking a star as I encountered initial chain slipping issues early on (resolved on its own after a few days). Overall, a fantastic ride! 🚴⭐⭐⭐⭐

I bought the heybike mars 2.0 as a first E-Bike. It is really fun to ride and the folding function makes it easily fit into my subaru outback. Great speed and hill climbing ability.

Grandkids having a blast on these E-bikes Mars 2.0 Ordered a heybike Marz 2.0 for my grandson but my daughter convinced me to get a second bike for my second grandson so we ended up getting two of them and let me tell you they love them. Assembly was easy enough that my older grandson ended up doing most of the job I only supervised. The bike seem to be of high-quality heavier than I expected, and my daughter just took them to a bike trail, and they both fit and her Nissan rogue due to the fact that the bikes fold that’s a nice feature. My daughter loves them too. Anybody thinking of getting it and having doubts, go for it you’re not gonna regret it. We also received the two baskets they are high-quality and they look awesome on the bikes.

I love Heybike Mars Brought my first one in April of 2023 was hit by a car in December ,it was totaled, loved that bike only issue I had was the kickstand broke off at the frames I had to buy a replacement from Amazon, I'm now waiting on my recently purchased Mars 2.0 750 watt dusty blue bike. The wait is killing me.
