- When I say I ride my bike everyday, I literally mean I ride my bike everyday. I love this bike! I bought the mars 2.0 and I get compliments every time I ride. If you are looking for special bike that will last a long time this is it!
- I purchased a Mars 2.0, and overall, I’m very pleased! The bike itself is fantastic—super fast, great quality, smooth performance, and a solid design that makes every ride enjoyable. Shipping was impressively fast, which was a huge plus.The only downside is the app. While it works, it could definitely use some improvements to make it more user-friendly and intuitive. With a few updates, it could really match the high quality of the bike.That said, I would still highly recommend Heybike for their excellent product and service!

- Received the bike within a week, came with a/c plug that did not plug into battery customer service was able to correct the issue with an adapter and also sent me another charger!Overall, the bike is exactly what I was looking for, works great in northern Michigan trails/roads.
- I didn’t buy 1 bike 1 bought 2 During my searching I came across Heybike .. chatted for a few hour with dozens of questions all answered fast and thorough! Pulled the trigger and ordered one Orange for me and a Black for DanShipped super fast ! Was a little nervous that we had to assemble them … assembly was very easy ! Easy to follow instructions ! Charged the batteries and away we went . Three modes full power, full pedal or my fav pedal assist! There’s a control panel on the bike that links to the ap so track rides, and a plethora of other featuresWe have ride them everywhere! Around town , Beach Trails even rode them in the saint Patrick’s day parade !Customer service is amazing and fast I have over 500 miles on mine and purrrrrs like a kitten! I recommend a basket! I use mine for groceries and even a cooler now and again

- I first want to talk about the customer service. FedEx delivered my bike to the wrong house and made me feel like it was my fault they didn’t deliver it to my address. To the point they wouldn’t respond to my calls. I reached out to Heybike and they said they will work with them to figure out what was going on. The Heybike team made sure to respond to my emails by the next day unless it was a weekend. They assured me that if the bike wasn’t recovered by fedex a new one would be shipped. I received and email saying fedex couldn’t locate my bike and Heybike asked me if I wanted to change colors and a new bike was shipped. They were so awesome themselves that they deserve 5 stars. Now let’s talk about my amazing mars 2.0. I was able to out it together with no assistance. And it took at most 30 minutes. The assembly book was complete my user friendly. Once put together I charged the battery and off I went. It definitely has power and makes rides easy. Can use pedal assist or just throttle. Breaking the bike down is super simple. Lifting is a little hard for me but easier if battery is removed first. But if I have someone around it’s helpful to have another assist in lifting in car. The spring makes such a difference in riding in grass or off road paths. I think if they ever update get a back light with integrated turn signals in it would be nice. I also recommend side mirrors. I will be looking into getting me some. Such a fun bike, and a great company. I will be recommending them to everyone looking for a electric bike!

- I have the original folding Mars bike. I was without a car for two months and I was able to get around on my bike for the entire two months because of the distance and speed. This bike is a great investment, especially with gas prices going up.
- I love Heybike MarsBrought my first one in April of 2023 was hit by a car in December ,it was totaled, loved that bike only issue I had was the kickstand broke off at the frames I had to buy a replacement from Amazon, I'm now waiting on my recently purchased Mars 2.0 750 watt dusty blue bike. The wait is killing me.

- Great bike for the price I got the bike easy to build the performance of the bike is outstanding when it says 28 miles on Bluetooth and you put it on 28 miles that bike will do 28 miles an hour little too fast for me I had to set it back down to 20 the performance of the bike is outstanding the gear ratio is great thank you ebike for the outstanding deal the color of the bike beautiful outstanding color thanks again ebike you're deeply appreciated
