Ranger S 1000 is a terrific bike. It has plenty of power and I can't wait till the weather is warmer to put on lots of miles. Everything about the bike is easy to use. I am short and love that I can reach the ground with no problem and that I can sit up straight. The seat isn't to bad either. I would buy another HEYBIKE if ever needed!

I love riding bikes, but unfortunately I have had some injuries that make it not as easy. Getting an ebike was a great decision. I did some research and tested some out, and HeyBike was definitely the best option.

I like the Ranger S because of the: 1. Fat tires 2. Folding feature (so I can put them in the back of my SUV) 3. 28mph max speed 4. Powerful motor 5. Comfortable seat 6. Large rear basket (for holding a large grocery bag)I just retired and am using the bikes to eliminate one car…thus keeping one SUV for my wife and myself..

We are very happy with our Ranger S e-bikes. HeyBike was very accommodating and sent them to our campground. We enjoyed riding them around the beautiful camp with views of the Mackinaw bridge. Quality is great and customer service is wonderful!

I purchased my Heybike Ranger S 1000W in late July and started riding it in August. As my very first e-bike, I couldn’t be happier with the choice. I opted for the Blue color, and it’s absolutely stunning.The ordering process was straightforward, and I highly recommend going with the 1000W motor over the 750W—it’s a decision you won’t regret. The bike arrived within about two weeks and required some minor assembly. However, I’ll deduct some points for Heybike’s assembly videos, which were not as thorough or clear as they should be. I often had to replay certain sections to fully understand the steps being demonstrated.The Heybike app is another highlight. It’s user-friendly, free, and allows you to customize various bike settings. Be sure to download it and connect via Bluetooth to unlock the full potential of your bike.Riding Experience The ride itself has been exceptionally smooth. I usually ride in PAS 1, and it has been a fantastic experience. The throttle is responsive, providing a quick burst of speed when needed. It can reach a top speed of 32 MPH quickly, so I recommend using the throttle cautiously and primarily in emergencies.The stock headlight and taillight are some of the best I’ve come across during my research. They even include integrated turn signals, which are a great feature. However, one drawback is the lack of a visual or audible indicator to remind you when the turn signals are activated, so you might occasionally forget to turn them off. The headlight is bright and adjustable, while the taillights are fixed but highly visible, especially when braking, as they shift to a strobe pattern for added safety.Battery and Range Range can vary depending on weather and rider size, but as a bigger rider, I can reliably get 28-30 miles on a full charge. I recently invested in a spare battery, which has been a game-changer for longer rides. It’s an investment worth considering if you plan to keep the bike for the long haul.Customer Support and Upgrades Customer service has been excellent, with responses typically arriving within 1-2 days. The bike itself is a heavy-duty build, and while the stock seat was adequate for many miles, I recently upgraded to a larger seat for added comfort.Out of the box, the bike has been fantastic, and I’ve since made additional upgrades, including enhanced lighting and accessories. With nearly 900 miles on my Ranger S, I’m incredibly satisfied with the purchase.

Got that attached after finding another YouTube video. Overall, I like the bike a lot and I'm looking forward to riding it more.
