- Excellent for the $$ This is my second E-Bike. For the money, the Big Dog has some advantages and delivery was much faster than expected. Overall, the quality is excellent! All parts are solid and perform easily and as designed. The comfort package is amazingly comfortable. I highly recommend it. The low center of gravity (compared to my full size tire E-bike) makes a big difference in balance/handling giving my 5' 100 lb wife much more confidence on handling a heavy bike. I also like the quick release adjustable height handlebars. Allows the bike to fit riders of a wide range of heights. Some areas of improvement include allowing the throttle to work when the pedal assist is set at zero. My other bike has that and it comes in handy when on pedal power but need a short burst. (Have to put pedal assist on before throttle works.) Screen is not very intuitive or user friendly. You have to have a manual to know what setting you are changing if trying to adjust electronic controls. Lastly i would also recommend allowing the key to be removed when powered on. Having to take the key out and back in when stopping on a ride (for security) is a bit clunky. Leaving key in is not necessary since you can turn the bike on and off with electronic control.
- That absolute best E bike for the money From day one getting it out of the box I felt that this was Himiway's premium bike from the word get go, absolutely am 100% satisfied with my purchase love this electric bike to the fullest, i'm very satisfied with the quality andcustomer service is by far the best in the industry they were very helpful and get getting questions answered also the bike lock is high quality.also the suspension seatpost and seat are very extremely high quality as well would recommend this bike to anyone on a budget it is as superior or even far superior than bikes costing $3,000. Have had lots of complements as well love the disc brakes and the quality parts this bike is awesome. Thank you HImiway bicycle company, can't wait to see what you guys come up with next. The bike comes with two batteries and have yet to drain both batteries, they definitely last longer than what i'm able to ride without even draining the batteries just about halfway through so as promised it will last a good long bike ride, unless you're an absolute avid bicycle rider which i'm somewhat of one writing three to four times a week this bike will last many many years to come. Bicycle came superbly packed with lots of foam and absolutely perfect right out of the box great job on delivery and packaging this ebike.
