- I researched Consumer Reports on getting my first ever e-bike, and the Heybike City Run received an excellent review there. It was the top-scoring recommended Class 2 e-bike by Consumer Reports. I like that it has above average range in miles, that the battery is removable, and dang! it looks good! I loved it that Heybike offers the Honey Orange choice of color. So when I went to the Heybike website and found out that they were selling the bike at 70% of the price listed at Consumer Reports (100% of which I already was willing to pay), that sealed the deal for me, and off I sent for it. And then, I was so delighted with the e-bike I got! The acceleration and hill climb with pedal assist was superb, and so was the smooth handling. It was sturdy, and I felt secure and safe riding it. I loved all the instrumentation, and the fact that it is Bluetooth-connectible to a Heybike phone app. I also bought from Heybike a helmet (so comfortable and light), and an extremely useful metal basket which I attached to the rear. Confident and very satisfied customer over here!
- I really enjoy riding my Horizon around town to run errands and on the beach. It has performed as expected without any issues. Customer service representatives respond within a day and are very helpful.
- I use to ride a traditional bike and my husband and I would ride often. Due to medical reasons (& some lazy reasons, lol) I stopped riding. My husband still rode his bike several times a week. Even when I tried to get back into it I could not keep up with his level of athleticism and felt like I was holding him back. He got me my Cityrun bike for our 36 anniversary and just like that I am back riding. I try to use my own power as much as possible but the extra help from the bike allows me to ride at his pace! I have had the bike for just under 2 weeks and have rode it 6 out of 10 days around 85 miles on it already. I absolutely love it’s life changing!!!

- 1 wk 17 miles 3 days of rain and I miss riding it! Last Sunday I finished putting it together and have enjoyed about 4 miles daily. The last 3 days it’s been raining and I have missed riding my e-bike. I had trouble getting my front tire on with the brake fitting together. I opened it a little with a screw driver and now the tire doesn’t turn as easily as it should. Be more careful about that than I was. Also missing 3 screws nuts with the fenders. Customer service is working to help me with that part hopefully. Consumer reports rated this bike as the best one they reviewed, so that was my biggest reason for buying this one. It feels very good riding it. I enjoy it.
