We are currently seeking a motivated eBike Salesman to join our Michigan team and help customers find the perfect electric bike for their needs.

Job Summary

As an eBike Salesman at FutureEV, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting eBikes, explaining features and benefits, processing sales, and providing outstanding customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and enthusiasm for electric mobility.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

  • Greet and assist customers in-store or via phone/email

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable eBikes and accessories

  • Explain eBike features, specifications, pricing, and financing options

  • Demonstrate eBike operation and safety features

Sales Operations

  • Close sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets

  • Process orders, payments, and basic paperwork

  • Upsell accessories, spare parts, and service plans

  • Coordinate with the service and warehouse teams for order fulfillment

Product Knowledge & Support

  • Stay updated on FutureEV eBike models and new launches

  • Educate customers on maintenance, warranty, and after-sales support

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues professionally

Store & Inventory Support

  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom

  • Assist with inventory tracking and product displays

  • Support promotional events and test-ride sessions

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic knowledge of bicycles or electric bikes (training provided)

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling bicycles, eBikes, or automotive products

  • Passion for cycling, e-mobility, or outdoor products

  • Familiarity with POS systems and CRM tools

  • Bilingual skills (a plus, not required)
